I went to a couple paint nights and found it was a bit overpriced for something that doesn’t provide interpreters nor the one on one. After a fundraiser where I raised thousands of dollars and only got a fraction of it. A couple friends of mine and I brainstormed and decided to set up our own. My father made the easels and I purchased all the equipment. My first paint night fundraiser raised enough money and earned a profit which allowed me to reimburse myself.

If you want host a Paint/Zentangle/Acrylic Pouring Event or a Fundraiser. We would have a consultation with you to determine the dates for availability and make arrangements for pickup and drop off for the gear.
We do have a few artists that have worked and taught at events. You will see their profiles and gallery and can contact them directly to teach YOUR event. Or you can provide one of your own! You would be responsible for negotiating with your artist for her fee. A suggestion we have found works well is for each painter that pays a fee, offer a percentage of that for the artist.
We CAN provide the canvases at a cost or you can purchase your own and use your fees from your painters to reimburse or purchase their canvas.
At times, we will need to replace our paint brushes, and purchase paint and items as needed, here is where we request a percentage to cover these costs.
Scenarios/Examples
You want to host a fundraiser for a particular event.
You have chosen a place and picked your artist.
You have used social media and word of mouth to promote your event.
